Global Revenue & Sales Operations Leader

About the position

We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Global Revenue & Sales Operations

Leader to support our enterprise go-to-market efforts across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks

globally. This role is instrumental in scaling our revenue engine, optimizing enterprise

sales processes, and ensuring alignment across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success,

and Finance. You’ll work hand-in-hand with leadership to build world-class infrastructure

and insights that drive efficiency, predictability, and revenue growth.

This is a high-visibility role for someone who thrives in complex B2B enterprise

environments and understands the nuances of selling to regulated financial institutions.

Responsibilities

Revenue Strategy & GTM Planning

• Partner with CRO to lead global revenue planning, target setting, and forecasting

across regions and verticals.

• Design enterprise GTM strategies tailored for global banking institutions, including

direct sales and strategic partnerships.

• Build and manage scalable territory planning, quota allocation, and capacity

modeling frameworks.

Enterprise Sales Operations

Incorporate the MEDDIC sales qualification framework to guide and improve enterprise

deal management. Ensure that AEs and Solutions Engineers are trained to apply

MEDDIC rigorously during deal discovery, validation, and proposal stages:

Optimize and enforce structured, multi-stakeholder sales processes suited for long

enterprise deal cycles.

• Build tools and playbooks for relationship-based selling, RFP responses, and proof-of-

concept management.

• Drive continuous improvement of pipeline health, sales productivity, and deal

velocity metrics.

• Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard and train enterprise AEs and Solutions

Engineers

Revenue Insights & Infrastructure

• Own end-to-end CRM strategy (Salesforce or equivalent) with a focus on data

cleanliness and global reporting.

• Implement robust forecasting models for long enterprise sales cycles and complex

deal structures.

• Maintain a real-time executive dashboard for revenue KPIs, forecasting, and

performance insights.

• Leverage advanced analytics to identify whitespace, upsell opportunities, and

revenue leakage.

Cross-Functional Alignment

• Align Marketing Ops on ABM strategies, enterprise lead scoring, and global

campaign performance.

• Collaborate with Customer Success and Implementation to measure NRR,

onboarding velocity, and satisfaction across large accounts.

• Coordinate closely with Finance on ARR/MRR recognition, procurement cycles, and

contract health.

• Act as the connective tissue across global GTM teams to ensure data, processes,

and goals are unified

Requirements

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations roles supporting B2B enterprise

GTM teams; fintech or banking tech preferred.

• Experience in global enterprise sales motions, particularly with large banks or

financial institutions.

• Strong understanding of enterprise deal structures (multi-year contracts,

compliance, procurement).

• Proficient in managing revenue tech stacks (Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Outreach, etc.)

and BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Excel).

Exceptional strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and executive

communication skills.

• Comfortable in dynamic, high-growth, cross-cultural environments.

• Background in enterprise sales or RevOps at a fintech working with top-tier banks.

• Experience managing operations for sales teams in North America, EMEA, APAC,

and LATAM.

• Exposure to product-led + enterprise hybrid go-to-market strategies.
